Institute Presentation

The Department of Neurology is equally dedicated to comprehensive patient care, teaching and neuroscience research. Located in the heart of Berlin, the Department of Neurology at the Charité has been a major center of neurology and neurological research since the early 19th century. Today, the department has a strong focus on neuroimaging and cerebrovascular disorders. The NeuroCure Clinical Research Center (NCRC) and Center for Stroke Research (CSB) supports researchers in the implementation of clinical studies and thereby makes it possible for patients to have access to new therapies.
